Certified organic. These are the potatoes that are cooked in some of Portland's finest restaurants, planted by Patrick Thiel of Prairie Creek Farm and harvested by Little Hill Farm and Backyard Gardens.
Mix of huckleberry golds (purple skin) and Julinkas (light brown skin), both with a creamy inside color.
