Amazing frying peppers from Japan
Some are hot, some are not. A favorite for our crew and chefs alike. We recommend a quick, hot stir fry in oil until blistered, then covered for 1-2 minutes to steam. Serve with salt and lime juice, maybe some feta or cojito if you're into that. Eat the whole pepper with your fingers, holding the stem, as soon as it doesn't burn your tongue anymore.
