With the removal of the milk solids and moisture, ghee is classified as an oil, generally considered safe for those with lactose issues, and is shelf stable. To preserve the shelf stability, store away from light and moisture.
Our ghee is hand poured, and is crafted from high quality unsalted butter and a mix of homegrown and organic commercial rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus).
