Make your own broth!
When the Hawkins Sisters Ranch whole chickens are cut up to parts, the backs are saved as the beginning of delicious stock. They add necks and feet to the backs for a collagen rich foundation to bone broth. These birds are a little older than most when they are processed, and have had longer on grass to pick up micro-nutrients. You’ll know it in the final result. Several backs and a handful each of necks and feet can be simmered into about a gallon of finished broth.
