Genuine Wallowa County (GWC) Provisions is a community service project that was founded with an advisory board comprising Theresa Stangel of Stangel Bison Ranch, Mary Hawkins of Hawkins Sisters Ranch, and Beth Gibans of Backyard Gardens.
